PIRATE SITES – BEWARE:
There are several pirate booksellers who are currently offering cheap unauthorised copies as PDF (or ePub) versions. Several simply take money without delivering. These include:
- Kissly – a site which changes its name regularly as the complaints roll in.
- Books Library – one which requires a subscription – beware.
